These boots are water resistant! They are made with a PUL exterior, fleece inside and a ToughTek rubber bottom! Pull the toggles to create a fitted feel on your little ones feet. 
Children can wear these as boots or size up and wear them as a protective water barrier over their shoes.
If you would like to wear the booties as primary footwear, choose the closest size to the foot length of your child. When the purpose of the booties is to wear over soft-soled shoes or pants, choose 1/2” larger.
