Castor oil packs are amazing for relieving stress and fatigue, while improving and strengthening physical health. They promote blood circulation, reduce inflammation, regulate stool and cleanse your liver all while relaxing your joints and muscles.

Simply apply 1-2 tbsp of castor oil to the flannel side of the pack and wrap around the needed around.

This castor oil pack is approximately 20" in length from shoulder to upper back and 15" wide across the back.
Elastic straps are approximately 21".

Washing instructions: Soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non toxic soap. Hang to dry.
