Simply apply 1-2 tbsp of castor oil to the flannel side of the pack and wrap around the needed around.

Our Narrow Neck & Thyroid Wrap is contoured to the neck and is approximately 20" in length. It is 3.75" at its widestpoint in the middle.
 
This pack fits adults and children. It may have a bit of excess length if used for a younger child, as pictured above, on our 5 year old daughter, Harper.
 
Washing instructions: Soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non-toxic soap. Hang to dry.
