This castor oil pack is designed to fit adult hips. It measures 10.5" at the widest point, 4.75" at the narrowest point and is 31" in length.
It has 3 straps measuring 36" each on both sides that you can either tye around the back or front of your body.
Simply apply 1-2 tbsp of castor oil to the flannel side of the pack and wrap around the needed around.
Washing instructions: Soak pack in baking soda and water. Rinse with a clean, non toxic soap. Hang to dry.
